4. Charges, acceptable use, and intellectual property

You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed under United States law, the Services are offered on an as-is basis with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages and, where allowed, our total liability is limited to the greater of $130 or the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
